Shipping:
For made-to-order items, please allow for 3-4 weeks for me to make your item and ship it to you. As soon as your item is made it will be shipped out to you within a week and you will receive confirmation by email.
Pre-made items will be sent out within a week from when your sent payment has cleared.
All items will be sent by recorded or special delivery, and for overseas deliveries, Airsure. This means you will be able to track your order.
Customs Charges:
I am afraid that I am unable to cover any customs charges for shipping items overseas.
Refunds & Exchanges:
If you have received a damaged item, then refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if you are able to obtain and send photographic evidence and the return of the item within 28 days of your purchase date.
Repairs:
If you would like any purchased item to be repaired at anytime once it is in your care then please send me an email along with the details of the state of your item and I will get back to you with a reasonable quote for repair.
